Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: April 2026
Last updated: April 2026
Operator: Wollow Inc., a Delaware corporation

1. Overview

Wollow Inc. ("Wollow," "we," "us") gives every customer the right to request deletion of any Personal Data we hold about them, including any data obtained through third-party integrations such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), Google (Google Ads, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Analytics), and other connected platforms.

This page explains what you can delete, how to request deletion, what we delete on your behalf, and how long the process takes. It applies to data held by Wollow on its centralized systems and to data on the dedicated server allocated to your account. It is published in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), and the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

2. What You Can Request

You may request deletion of any of the following at any time:

  • Your full Wollow account, including all account metadata, billing records (subject to legal retention requirements), and the dedicated server allocated to you;
  • Data obtained through Meta integrations (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads), including any tokens, profile information, page metadata, ad-account data, and message content cached for the operation of your agents;
  • Data obtained through Google integrations (Google Ads, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Analytics), including any OAuth tokens and any cached responses from those APIs;
  • Data obtained through any other connected third-party platform;
  • Specific items within your account, such as a single conversation, file, or agent configuration, instead of the entire account.

3. How to Request Deletion

3.1 In-Product Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is from within the Wollow dashboard at app.wollow.ai:

  • Disconnect a single integration: open Settings → Integrations, locate the connected platform, and click Disconnect. Wollow will revoke its tokens and delete the cached data from that integration within 24 hours.
  • Delete a single agent: open Agents, select the agent, and click Delete. The agent and all its associated data on your dedicated server are removed immediately.
  • Delete your full account: open Settings → Account → Delete Account, confirm the operation, and your account is queued for deletion. You will receive an email confirmation.

3.2 By Email

If you cannot access the dashboard, send a deletion request to privacy@wollow.ai from the email address associated with your Wollow account. Please include:

  • The email address of the Wollow account;
  • What you want deleted (full account, a specific integration, a specific agent, or a specific item);
  • If the request is for an integration: the name of the platform (for example "Meta Ads", "Google Ads", "Gmail").

We may ask for additional information necessary to verify that the request is coming from the legitimate account holder before fulfilling it.

3.3 From the Connected Platform

You may also revoke Wollow's access to a connected platform directly from that platform's settings. When you do this, Wollow will detect the revocation on its next API call and delete the related cached data within 24 hours.

4. What Gets Deleted

When you request deletion of your Wollow account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • All account identification data (name, email address, organization name);
  • All authentication credentials and password hashes;
  • All OAuth tokens and refresh tokens for connected third-party platforms;
  • All API keys you have stored on your dedicated server;
  • All agent configurations, profile files, mission files, knowledge bases, and any files written by your agents;
  • All conversation history and message content stored on your dedicated server;
  • All cached data obtained from third-party integrations (Meta, Google, and others);
  • All operational logs associated with your account;
  • The dedicated server itself, which is permanently destroyed.

Exception: Wollow retains a minimal set of billing and tax records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically seven years). These records contain only the information legally required and never include conversation content, credentials, or third-party platform data.

5. Deletion Timeline
